ABOUT ALVAREGA

Alvarega is a Cuban born, US/Caribbean based photographer. The work reflects the diverse themes he dives into: people, their stories and places. He has exhibited at the South End Open Studios (Boston), okw (o-koo) (Boston), Uforge Gallery (Boston), Alden Gallery (Provincetown) and Le Thé des Écrivains (Paris). His work as been accepted and sold at the MassArt Auction and the SMFA Art Sale (Boston). He was admitted into the 2014 Magnum Days program at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, where he was mentored by David Alan Harvey.
